Just what is going on - well no-one knows judging by the above comments - so either make it all work or put a notice up about when it will be working or at least that it is not available now - and if it only starts after the Saturday repeat, why can we not get last weeks episode now for example - this is so glaringly disdainful of your customers

No point in telling me it's my net connection, or I need to clean-up my disk. ITV,C4 and IPlayer all work fine with my set-up which I keep in tip-top condition. It's Demand 5 who are not providing a service which is fit for purpose/majority of users.

kept freezing so went to report it but the screen would not let me but then it played ok but this was more geekie than ever - shooting a screen does not stop virus - get real

This is SO stupid! I watched and the program worked fine. I went to hae somthing to eat for 5 min and came back and the program completely chrashed. Why do the adverts always stream perfectly? Is this some dumb scam? fix it, NOW 5.

Had to watch the adverts at the begining 3 times before it finally played, then it gets half way through and stops!! Now cant even get it to load! My computer is up to date with every thing, runs os of win7...this is getting beyond a joke. I'm fed up with relogging / rebooting / restarting / refreshing. I'm going to find another site that actually plays.

Worked fine for me,you's all must have cheap pc's or maybe viruses?or possibly the operating system or browser I use windows 7 ultimate with the latest version of internet explorer(fully updated).

itv player, bbc iplayer, 4OD - no problem at all. As soon as I try to watch Demand 5 (or Damned 5 as it should be known) I spend more time looking at a black screen than the programme. Reported problem when tried to watch it last night. Thought would try again. Waste of time.

Each time it got stuck after 7 secs, gave up. Also tried the video recorder but that kept breaking up as well. Problem at your end as all other channels clear as a bell.
