Hoping to distract Erin in order to get ahead at work, Rhys manipulates their first date, inviting her home to his place with the intention of making her miss an important class the following morning. Although his plan appears to fail, Rhys is delighted when Erin’s lateness earns her an official warning.

Seeing her vulnerability, Rhys feigns concern and presents himself as a source of comfort. When Erin accepts, Rhys gloats to Kate, but this only serves to fire her up. Determined to make him pay, Kate warns Erin that Rhys only using her. Has Kate stopped him getting what he wants?

Frustrated by the pressures of going back to work, Michael unwittingly snaps at Emilia. Realising he needs to make a drastic change before his job gets the better of him, he decides to take the plunge and give up his career as principal to return to his passion - teaching.

Meanwhile, seeing the Kennedy house is still riddled with Susan's touches, Paul challenges Karl to make the place his own.

    Rhys is a slease at the moment, using Erin to get into the surgery program. Erin should have slapped him twice. Bring back Mark Brennan, Neighbours is missing sexy hot cop and Kate needs Mark back.

    I think sophie needs to grow up and stop being a spoilt brat the world doesn't revolve around her. Kate made mistakes and she's paid the price by loosing the man she loved in an awful way Sophie should stop being a brat

    @Yazo, Mark isn't really dead, it's a witness protection cover up to keep him safe. There is no proof he did die. It was all a set up for Toadie to hear in ep (6198) . He was meant to hear the conversation between Supt. Hayes and Constable McKay. It stops Kate trying to contact Mark and compromising his cover. He can then get evidence to bring the corrupt cops down.

    @yazo, if you watch ep 6198 again, you will see that no one ever mentioned that Brennan was dead, all Toadie overheard was Constable McKay say to Supt. Hayes 'Shall I notify Detective Brennan's parents' and from that Toadie assumed Mark was dead. they were waiting for Toadie to open the door and mention Brennan knowing he couldn't keep his mouth shut as part of witness protection cover story.

    I wont deny that Rhys is behaving badly but hes doing it, under pressure to prove himself to his mother, so for that am with him. And Sophie just does my head in, she needs to get a grip!

    Brennan is dead and I am glad he is gone. he had mad issues. also he was a rubbish cop and a rubbish boyfriend to kate. gillian, he slept with jade, do you not remember that? how would you like it if you went out with a cop and he did that to you?

    @Bob, Brennan is not dead, it's a cover up, as he is still alive in witness protection, there is no proof he died. He did sleep with Jade, but he and Kate weren't together then. He wasn't a rubbish cop, he was great and he was a great boyfriend to Kate.
