Neighbours' Kyle gets Bossy sidekick

If there's one thing an actor struggles with, it's a scene-stealer - just ask Neighbours hunk Chris Milligan, who today started filming opposite his irresistibly cute new co-star.

Bossy, a nine-week old Australian kelpie, has been cast as Chris’s off-sider in the hit soap, and already has the cast and crew mesmerised with her screen presence.

'Yeah, I certainly feel like I’m playing second fiddle when she is in the scene,' jokes Chris. 'All eyes are on Bossy. I could be sitting there naked and I don’t think anyone would notice.'

With the passing of Ramsay Street’s long-time resident pooch Audrey, the producers were keen to introduce a pup to the show. Milligan’s character, Kyle Canning, a tradie, fitted the bill perfectly for a four-legged companion.

Bossy will debut on Neighbours in late April in Australia, and in May in the UK.
