Puppy love on Ramsay Street

There's plenty of puppy love going around on the Neighbours set at the moment, with the show’s new mascot, Bossy, lapping up all the attention.

The nine-week-old Australian kelpie barely has her paws on the ground before she is swooped up by one of her adoring fellow co-stars.

'We’re absolute suckers for puppies around here, and this little one is adorable,' says Eve Morey.

According to insiders, the writers of the nightly series are under pressure from cast to ensure the storylines featuring Bossy are shared around.

'Just how the writers explain why Bossy is performing surgery alongside Dr Karl and Rhys Lawson will definitely be worth watching,' jokes Emma Gordon, the show’s script producer.
