Short Stack star Andy strikes a chord on Neighbours
Aussie chart-topper Andy Clemmensen is hoping to hit the right note with a guest role on Neighbours - but will his character come out on top at open mic night?
Australian pop punk band Short Stack burst onto the Aussie music scene in 2005, steadily releasing albums and amassing awards right up until they announced their plans to go their separate ways earlier this year.
Now bass player Andy Clemmensen is hoping to hit the right note with soap fans, having filmed a guest role on Neighbours as singer Harry Vass.
Andy started his music career as a 12-year-old busker and, while his character won't be seen playing for small change in Erinsborough, he is hoping to win over the Charlie's crowd on an open mic night.
But Andy's alter ego won't be the only one hoping to impress at the gig; he'll face fierce competition from Ramsay Street regular Sophie, played by Kaiya Jones. Find out who comes out on top in episodes due to air on Channel 5 in December.
