Once upon a time there was a demand 5 that didn't keep freezing, but that was in a land far, far away called imagination land.This is awful, just sort this mess or lose viewers, i don't want to watch on tv, if I've missed a couple of episodes and can't catch up.

No, its not our bandwidths it is demand 5 because I manage to watch every other channel on my laptop without the same issues. It is a nightmare to catch up what Ive missed on 5 and I usually put it off to last because it takes so long. I always have to be doing other things while I watch this and CSI or Ill end up very annoyed!

Poor video. Trying to catch up and finding it extremely frustrating as it is jumpy and the video cannot keep up with the sound. I even paused it for 15 minutes to see if it needed to buffer yet the video was still as jumpy as before. Why is it so much trouble to watch one episode!!!!!!

I really would like to be able to watch this without the constant freezing c5 is the only time I have any problems so know its not my internet or computor, anyone who thinks all the moaning about this issue is unfounded is blind to the amount of complaints, come on c5 help us out here!

Gutted I missed last weeks episode and was planning on catching up before tonight's shown on TV. The adverts have played perfectly about 4 times now and I still can't get ANY of the episode itself to play. Good for you, those that have no problems, but there are loads of frustrated viewers out here, Channel 5: could you look into this and post a solution PLEEEEEAAAASE?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can watch programmes on any channel but on 5 I'm lucky if I can watch this programme at all. I get small bursts at 4 seconds a time.

Those who are watching with no problems are very fortunate. However, please don't dismiss those of us who ARE having problems. I bought a new computer in order to solve problems like this, but it turns out my broadband is slow because we are too far from the exchange. Nothing I can do about it. The BBC site offers a lower bandwidth version, and that works fine. Perhaps that's what Channel 5 needs to do. It took me over 2 hours last night to watch 40 minutes. I hate to contemplate the horrors of viewing the 2 episodes I'll miss when I'm on holiday later this month. lol I think I'll have to set it up for when I'm doing the ironing.

I watch all the time and never have any problems. Perhaps stop blaming 5 and look at your broadband/computers to resolve the problems you are having.

I watch EVERYTHING on here whilst at my computer all day. Have done ever since 5 started doing it. Never had a problem with ANY show. DOn't you lot moaning think maybe you need to sort your internet/computer's out rather than moan on here about freezing pictures etc?

Hi guys, all you who are having problems viewing it. When you click on submit a problem with this video link, scroll down the page and the submission box comes back to the front of your computer screen. I've had to do this for every episode so far. Once I've submitted the problem I then get to view the whole program with no adverts. Hope this helps. It also worked with the 'Walking Dead' last week. Anyway the freezing aside this is an absolutely fabulous series. Well done to C5 for bringing it to us.

this is a good show, i haven't had any problems with viewing really It played all the way through no problem. when the screen wen black just escaped form full screen and it started again. 4od does the same so guess it just one of those things.

Well after giving up last night, tried again this morning 08:30 after reading a previous comment and guess what? Played right through with NO stopping at all. May be thats the only way for some of us to be able to this really good show.

yet more complaints about the crap service on offer from channel 5 which must be the worst in the country for overall content. Instead of wasting money on the banal big brother crap try updating your servers or get an IT dept that knows what its doing. But I bet its just down to lack of real investment and not giving a damn about the products on show.

sadly it has taken so far 55 minutes to watch 8. 37mins had enough now. seems pointless to continue. Perhaps C5 would rather we watch another channel as report after report and still no change. maybe they could get one of the Dwarves whom I have not yet seen to check it out. Good program spoilt

I have been trying to watch this for over an hour and a half and its actually only played 15 mins of the programme as it keeps freezing and then playing 5 seconds and then freezing again. To say its doing my head in is an understatement. No excuses for this in this day and age. Sort it out Channel 5!!! PLEASE!

it's pretty obvious, that nobody looks at the complaints about demand five. I have never seen a programme yet that hasn't had problems do they not have technicians to sort these out? obviously not, I have now given up it's too frustrating, pretty poor show all round don't have this problem with other channels

why can channel 5 not sort these problems out? maybe cos when you try and submit there is a problem with the programme a great big square covers the submit button! they do not read these posts or surely they would have dealt with this issue - we are now 10 episodes in and not working properly on catch up!

yet again, this will not play, and it isn't my computer! Why is it always happening? Given the amount of complaints that you get I would have thought that you would have done something by now! But you never do. I would watch this on the television, but I don't have one, I watch online, and, as I have said to you before, all other sites work well, just not yours. ?This just keeps freezing, stops for three or four mins, then starts for a few secs before freezing again.

I didn't have the slightest stutter during the episode. What a terrific story. I would never have thought of linking all of the fairy tales from childhood but it's truly magical and I can hardly wait for the next episode!

I'd be really enjoying it as well right now if it didn't keep stopping every 2 minutes. Andy before anyone says it's my connection it isn't I've been watching BBCi Player and demand 5 fine all day. Funny though as every week I read comments saying this kinda stuff and I've never had a problem before. Love the show though, can't get enough of it :-)
