I've been in & out of hospital and my only way of catching up has been on demand, but I only have one day left to watch the final episode & it's saying 'This player is unable to play this protected content at this time'. Googled and it says could be cookies or flash problem, but it said cookies enabled, anyone else have this problem?

I just got around to watching the final episode as my hubby deleted it from our planner!! (not happy) It played very well and I had no problems at all. Just sat back and enjoyed it and I cannot wait until season 2. I love it!

Brill 1st series and eventaully I managed to watch the series finale. As everyone else it kept stopping but after a few resarts and me just persevering it eventually played all the way through. Looking forward to series 2 next year.

The problem with not being able to view the last The The last episode on your iPhone not playing might be due to a recent shockwave update on Safari. It was the same for me until I updated shockwave and reset Safari on my iMac. And yes, the performance of the streaming is appalling, even with a 20MB fibre-optic connection.

Some info for you all - Season 1 DVD is out on October 17, same time as season 2 airs in USA. No actual date yet for season 2 in UK, but I know it will be early 2013 and yes it will be on channel 5.

i enjoyed watching the series and cant wait for the next one staring captain hook and aladdin :) i had no problems watching it yeah there was adverts but you have that only every programe . as for freezing i have had no problem with this as on high meg broadband and also depends of how many people watching and your memory

This won't play at all, iv tried it on pc and it says I can't watch because I havn't got adobe flash player(even though I have adobe 11 installed.So I tried to watch it in my mobile (which is where iv watched all the other episodes of this series with no problems over the past few months) and it says this protected information cannot be viewed via mobile!! Doesn't make any sense as iv watched all the other episodes on my mobile just fine, and now iv had to miss the final episode!!! Does channel five make money off the DVD boxeset sales? As it would be a good way to up the sales by getting us all hooked and then denying us access to the final episode!!!if anyone knows how to make it work or what the problem is please post it so we can watch it, thanx :0)

i've had a few hiccups but nothing to really report home about last week every say 20mins or so the picture would go black with no sound and a message telling me that i cant finish watching the programm would appear on the screen its really annoying as i really love once upon a time, but apart from that its almost perfact xx

Yep, I experiance all freezing and images playing and jumping all over the place, whilst sound plays better. Very, Very frustrating. I don't have this trouble with Iplayer and my Flash is the latest version, I'm also on 30mb Broadband...if it carries on like this I just won't waste my time visiting Demand 5.

Great episode when I eventually saw all of it- it took me 104 mins to watch the 41 min epsiode as it kept freezing. Really frustrating and spoled the atmosphere.

Dear C5 Further to my earlier comment, I note that I am unable to play any of the just available episodes of Once Upon A Time (Episode 22), CSI Miami or Person Of Interest (Episode 3). Apart from these though, I can play whatever is available from previous episodes, eg Once Upon A Time Episode 21 or Person Of Interest, Episode 2. I run Linux, not Windows. Have you failed to optimise current uploads for any or all operating systems?

I'm getting frustrated too! I have a play button, but can only get about 4minutes into the episode and then it freezes! I have tried some of the tips that other people have mentioned in their comments, but still am not able to get past that point! I have reported a problem with the video and hope it gets sorted! I haven't missed an episode before, but missed the finale as I was ill. Now I'm feeling better, I need my fix!

ive just watched the last episode of the season and it's great. The play button didn't really work for me either and the whole thing kept freezing. To get around this play it from the beginning then when it freezes, refresh and start again but move the time icon over a bit to where it froze last. Mine worked fine afterwards but did have to keep refreshing and starting it after the adverts. Though this did mean that i didn't have to sit through them and made sure it didn't buffer for ages. the time icon is found slightly above the bar showing the play button. move the cursor up not even a millimeter and it will appear. enjoy!

Either they just fixed it or I managed to find a way to fix it, I just went into chrome:plugins and disabled the two flash plugins that were not the chrome flash version (on my system the path is C:\Users\johnvdenley\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\23.0.1243.2\PepperFlash\pepflashplayer.dll"

Tonight should have been the end of a brilliant series..Depending on it's US success, it might be the only one. I thought the bit at the end with the purple smoke was superfluous, and the end could have been spent with a happy ending. Instead, to make money, maybe another series, about what?

Amazing series, seemed weird that Emma believed. The only thing is, now that she does, the question is, "What next?". But I know that the producers won't fail to cater for our needs. i no its anoying when that happens but i found away if you start it up the pues it for 15 to 20 mins befor you watch it it gives it time to lode and you should be able to watch with out problem well it works for me anway
