Well, I'd love to catch up on the series, loved the back-to-back on 5*, but although they are all listed here, it keeps telling me that the episode is no longer available to watch. So... what's the point of listing it???

Well...this is June 30th 2012 and I'm in the process of catching up on recent episodes; I'm enjoying this programme so much as it is true escapism and intelligently done; it must have taken real brains to put this all together! I'm so sorry for those experiencing problems in being able to view as there is nothing more frustrating than being unable to watch something you've been longing to see yet finding it impossible...been there...but thankfully not on this site..(fingers xd now I've said that!) But truly,I've watched the majority of episodes of OUAT on here and have had no problems at all. Takes me back to my love of fairytales in my girlhood yet with a great modern twist...loving it!

I am getting so mad and ready to give up. I have spent days trying to catch up on the last two episodes and they just wont play or freeze every 3 seconds. I watch all of the other sites and never have any problem. You can't even really report the problem because there is a problem with that. There is only 17 days left to catch up on this and at this rate it is going to take me a month to get through half of one show. I have just read some of the other comments and it is pretty obvious that this is a big problem for you and nothing is being done about it. It makes me wonder if you actually read your own comments!!!

Why is it that the competition can stream their programmes very successfully but Channel 5's player is absolute rubbish. Come on Channel 5 keep up!! However, it does seem strange that the adverts play well time after time......after time!!!

Right, I've reported the problem with this video and it still continues to freeze. I am not pleased, and it sounds like nobody else is either. PLEASE FIX IT. If you can find the manpower to be able to moderate people's comments, you could at least have the good grace to fix the issue.

Hate the fact that you can't download the programea (like you can on the BBCi website), this would stop the annoying freezing every time you want to watch something. Also hate the adverts.

If yo get adverts, you need to get an ad blocker. You can get them for free. I use one, and get no adverts :-)

As another deaf viewer - WHERE ARE THE SUBTITLES? I've been waiting to watch this for a while. Fab show, love it, and even putting up with all the freezing to watch it, but the subtitles are a must. Come on Channel 5, you can be better!!

Still no subtitles???? it's now 3 days since this has been aired and i can't watch it! As a deaf viewer this is very frustrating and having to check back to see if the subtitles has been added is driving me bonkers, I just want to watch a fantastic show (which i must congratulate you on!)! Get your butt into gear Channel 5 - access for the deaf please!

I can't get the subtitles NOR does the speech match up with the sound, this used to only happen on large screen, but now happens on smaller res aswell!! Boo

i see many people are having problems watching the clips.... freezing, not playing... etc.... are you guys using IE7 or higher..... try playing through Mozilla firefox... down load lastest version... no problems watching at all

Channel 5 - please please please stop the freezing thing. It took me 2 and a half hours to watch that.... I know you can do it because the Mentalist usually had the same problem but I watched all of it without interruption the other day. NCIS also. It isn't my computer because I've tried it on others with the same result. Please sort it out because you have good programmes and I can't watch them when they're on. It would be very nice if you could acknowledge some of the comments about this issue once in a while - I know I'm not the first person to point it out.... Thanks
