ON DEMAND - WHAT A JOKE. there is nothing on demand about 5od. nothing works except the ads and I cannot watch the episodes of CSI etc, I missed whilst on 2 weeks holiday as they only show one week behind. what a shame these quality shows are on such a rubbish channel

Just to people who are having trouble watching online, there is nothing wrong with the player or the website. I watch it online here anytime and it always works a treat. The problem is with your computers or internet connection otherwise it would affect everybody right?

Those struggling to watch, Demand 5 runs for me in the early hours of the morning. I just now watched this episode complete, between 2.15am and 3.15am, and I can't see it at any other time of day. Still loving this show. Everthing works, the pace, the magic, the music, the characters. Sometimes you're wondering how they thought it up. Congrats C5 on a good purchase. Thankx.

I had the same streaming problem and read somewhere that it could be to do with the phone base being too close to internet hub so I moved the phone base to another room (had to buy an ADSL connector) and the streaming is perfect now.

i loved the part when henrys birth mother, Emmas, goes in after him and manages to save him and Archie in the nick of time, i think that it was really sad when Emma thought that all of the bad things were over between madam mair and her, but when she went over to see if Henrey was ok she was shocked to find out that madam mair was tricking her - because of the evil in her from being the evil Queen (tobe). Can't waight till the next one and i think that all of the parts are simply amazing and nothing coud be inproved as it so amazingly good :)

I love this show it's fantastic - bring on more - Robert Carlisle as Rumpelstiltskin - inspired. Unlike other viewers I have no problem streaming this so perhaps it is an individual problem with broadband width? I use both Explorer and Firefox and both equally good.

so loving this show - catching up on all the episodes on -line but its so unfortunate that it keeps freezing - I've internet explorer and google chrome but it doesn't matter which one I try to watch it on it still freezes - very frustrating :(

impossible to watch - freezes after about 0.5 sec then another very short burst about a minute later! Absolutley hopel;ess. Come on Channel 5 get your iplayer sorted out NOW!

so slow on 5 on demand, you can only watch it every few minutes please channel 5 do something as it is so frustrating, a fantastic programme but i can only watch it on demand and it takes far too long.

this is the most amazing thing i have to say i have watched. at first i was a tad confused but as the weeks progressed, the stories and delelopment of this series are fantastic. i do have to say a massive well done to all of the actors/resses for their level of talent.... this deserves some kind of award!!!! i love flipping between real life and fantasy its just genius... well done for all the hard work and keep it up!!! :)

I love the way this show drip-feeds the story; always just enough of a hint as to what is coming next to keep you intrigued. Excellent script, direction and acting and brilliant camera work

@ Sally if you watch through Firefox, there seems to be less stalling. But a good trick is to click 'pause' wait for a minute or two, and then play again. Hope that helps ;D

Other than Episode 1, I don't seem to be able to view any of the later epidsodes; which is a shame as I missed this evening' show on the telly and had hoped to be able to view it online. I remember somebody mentioning problems with viewing programmes on demand 5 in previous comments? Does anyone know whether the video stalling every few seconds has anything to do with a particular internet browser type? i.e is there anything we need to do as viewers in order to be able to see the whole programme without interruption? Thanks in advance for any helpful advice.
