I love this show and watch it on demand 5 every week on tv and it is so good that is up to watch as soon as the episode finishes normal time. Cant wait for next episode every week

WHERE ARE THE SUBTITLES?? This is getting very alienating. You (Channel 5) are not catering for the whole of your audience. Don't leave us out, especially when you've subtitled the previous episodes. SUBTITLES NOW PLEASE.

Why is channel 5 ignoring its viewers on the freezing matter as soon as you pause the bloody thing freezers as they obviously dont read these remarks or they would of fixed all our issues by now? Has any1 tried u tube??

Hating this experience so much!! This is the third episode I've tried to watch. I get the adverts every time but it freezes, or doesn't play or generally stuffs up! On demand my foot! I demand it to work!! NOT ASKING FOR MUCH!

do sort it out five this beyond some sort of joke! not catering for all your viewers needs is disgusting, this is not the first time that i have tried to watch this series without success all episodes freeze to such a degree its every couple of seconds!!! its a shame as it looks like many viewers have been lost due to the lack of sorting simple problems out! obvioiusly viewers and rates can not be that important anymore! from extremely cheesed of viewer!

this is beyond a joke 5!! 1- you dont cater for your viewers that need subtitles im sure theres a law for that somewhere! 2- every week you cannot watch one episode all the way through with out it freezing every 3/4 seconds which is highly annoying. by the sounds of it you have lost many viewers because of simple problems that can be sorted. obviously viewers are not that important for you!!! from extremely annoyed viewer!

omg it's frozen at the 1st advert grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr love the series but i work till after it's shown and with this abysmal demand service i NEVER get to see an entire episode :( i think i should just give up ....maybe catch it in a rerun........COME ON CHANNEL 5 ............SORT IT OUT!!!!!!!

missed this episode so me and my son who is deaf r trying 2 watch it and there are no subtitles its rediculous channel 5 should always make sure they are working to cater 4 the many deaf /hard of hearing ppl who enjoy this show

I'm agreeing with Jason, Channel 5 either takes AGES to put subtitles up or never. This is why i prefer BBC on demand, cause they have subtitles even if it's slow. If it doesn't appear soon, i'm going to see if i can watch today's rerun at 5.

Isobel, thanks for caring, but that only works if the S is actually there. I ghave just this second looked and there is STILL no S button foer thsi program. Channel 5 simply seems unable or unwilling to provie the option for those of us with hearing loss.

Sarah, down at right hand side of screen near volume switch, there is an 'S', click on that and you get subtitles. I discovered that by mistake because they suddenly appeared on screen one programme I was watching, and I didn't know why, and must have hit it while fiddling with volume. You can turn them on and off by clicking on the S.

I don't object to the adds, it has to be paid for some how, but the way they are inserted into the programme is just so amateur. It would be hard to mess up this show but the add inserer is doing a good job at trying - or is it a computer that's to blame?

Hello where are the subtitles???? You can't decide not to put subtitles on half way through a series. It's so inconsistent, and judging by the comments you have quite a few viewers who require subtitles. So why is it so difficult for you to provide access for us? This is a brilliant program and one of the few original programs that have graced our screens (rather than all those repeats) SO ACCESS PLEASE CHANNEL 5, surely you want to keep your viewers?

anyone having problems watching, try resetting your browser/clearing out your cookies and cache. i'm using Chrome and having no issues at all with Catchup. Loving Regina/the Queen. Looking forward to finding out more about how she became such a twisted personality.

made it to 33 minutes after nearly 2 hours! firefox tip not working so well today for me! have sent channel 5 about 10 error reports, during this time. wouldn't it be nice if they read them and sorted this out! now seem stuck in groundhog day as same bit keeps playing (and of course freezing) over and over again!!! Arghh!!!!

Every week when I try and watch on catchup it is ruined by poor service delivery by channel 5 read that viewing 5 through firefox helps and must say freezes less! worth a try

Not only were the adverts in the middle of conversations this week if you rewind it and play that section again you realise you have lost about a minutes worth of it each time .. actually quite important bits of the plot!! I only worked it out when they were talking later on and i realised i'd missed bits confirmed by replaying those sections! THis is really bad Channel 5!!!!!

I don't mind adverts because I know you have to make money, but do you have to put advert breaks in the middle of conversations?? It's so jarring. American TV always has space for ad breaks built in, can't you wait for those?

Episode 13 and just like all the others I've watched on Channel 5 On Demand keeps freezing. Not the ads of course. This service is rubbish considering the revenue 5 pulls in. I suggest Channel 5 Learn from Channel4 Ondemand and the BBC, which are both excellent.

Sadly i have to wait a bit longer to watch the next episode (my dad wants to watch the football) but i love this show so much! I can't wait to find out what happens and whether Emma can succeed her destiny as a savior. I think all the actors are amazing and the way this program is made is just inspiring!
