Find out why

The Cook Off kitchens come to a halt at London Zoo, where Chili's Angels take on the Jonnies in the Basement, with Laura Hamilton joining Ainsley on the judging panel.

In the Family Favourite round, Jonny is aided and abetted by his dad Michael, who discovered the rice recipe they are going to prepare while he was roaming the backstreets of Singapore. The boys are going to cook Cambodian Chicken with Pineapple Fried Rice.

Chili's Angels team leader Banita is joined by her cousin Randeep to help her prepare a prawn curry. This recipe has been a family favourite for several generations of Banita’s family, and on its way down the line it has picked up quite a kick. Randeep then makes way on Banita’s team for Reena in the Mood Food round, which this week is inspired by the theme Take Away at Home. Ignoring the rain, the girls raise the spice factor with their Spicy Chicken Kebabs.

Jonny sets off on a different path where he is joined by his stepbrother, also called Jonny, to create their Please All Pizza – a healthy twist on the firm Italian favourite. Which team will the judges put through to the semi-final?
