    If you aren't able to get it to play, and I did have the problem myself for quite some time first check if you have "Ghostery" installed. If you have then do the following: Click on the Ghostery icon->edit block options->allow Auditude->allow (this is the same bar you used to open the options). This will allow auditude for this site only. Reload the page and the programmes should play.

    videos on this site work as they should no problems at all am guessing if people have problems its down to bandwidth or hardware which ever, watch docs on this site all the time keep up the good work :)

    People are so impatient on here. I rarely have difficulties but when I do it just takes patience, frequent pausing to let the programme catch up and occasionally coming back the next day. Yes we should be getting perfect service like other iplayers but seriously just chill.

    Negative: doesn't work in Firefox (perhaps C5 should have employed better web designers?) Positve: did work in Internet Explorer, picture quality very acceptable, adverts not too intrusive.

    Absolute rubbish. Endless adverts and the actual video doesn't even work despite having fast broadband and no problems on any other sites...if I wanted to watch constant adverts I'd get SKY. Won't bother coming here again!

    Brand new computa - fast not brilliant band width - this is a rural area and everything works fine but this stopped after 4 minutes 6 minutes and then it stopped altogether when I wanted to back track because I took a phone call... not so clever

    As usual on 5, the program fails to play but the adverts are fine. It makes the service just a PR exercise and a new revenue stream for 5, but provides nothing so its a massive waste of effort for users. So a PR fail and not going to make money either, Sort it out 5.

    I only registered to vent my spleen just watched Dr Who on the BBC with no issues, yet 20 minutes and 4 attempts later, I have given up trying to watch anything on here.

    Same problem ive had to watch the same adverts twice and it still wont load! Roll on someone putting it on youtube so i can watch the end!

    took forever for the page to load and then it was laggy with the sound and picture as they didnt sync up! And i have bt infinity! Please someone sort this out as i have to wait forever untin this is on TV again! Not happy :(
