At the Deogarh Mahal palace in Rajsamand, Reza meets an ancient royal family whose food recipes date back over 400 years. One of the dishes, khad murgh, is cooked in the ground in smouldering-hot cow dung! From his royal experience, Reza cooks a sensational dish of spiced leg of lamb, jewelled rice and sesame green beans.
