I'm an ex submariner on 'T' boats. These boys don't get enough credit for what they do. Just because you can't see them doesn't mean they're not there. Respect to all of them. Served with a few that are on this. All top top men. Miss them lots. Abi. You do get a choice. Well I did anyway.

Must take a bow to people that have mates in the submarine service that are not sure that submarines are under water for 100 days..as an ex submariner of 23 years ..involved in many war zones I must agree with this astute fellow as I was under water for far longer than this especially whilst under the polar ice cap...anyway if this person would like to do a patrol he might find out himself instead of rellying on deeps dits lol'

A true reflection of the professionalism of the Royal Navy. These men are indeed a special breed and they deserve the greatest respect. All said from an ex skimmer rating. Proud to of served; proud to be a member of the wider Royal Navy family.

This programe was great. Cant wait for the next episode. My Graddad was in the Navy. Not a submariner but I was very proud of him and what he did for us back in WW2. I have a big respect for all the Service Men and Women of the UK forces. They do a great job for us and some if it we will never know. Thanks Five for making a good programe.

No beards!? 30 days at sea and everyones got SB&S, when was hair allowed to be cut on a boat, or did they pull into Gib when the camera's were off? lol RIP Sceptre, Soveriegn and Fair Thee Well Unseen

Susanne - Your boyfriend isn't called Peter by any chance? Anyway - good programme - puts the RN in a positive light which is nice. Did Nuclear and O boats - and we are a brotherhood albeit with some subtle differences perhaps.
