Ian Mark

Ian is a chef based at RAF Linton-on-Ouse. In June 2009, he entered his first culinary competition and earned a bronze medal in the grand prix - a blue ribbon event.
Ian hopes to represent the RAF in the buffet team for as long as he can, and has his eye on a place at the Culinary Olympics. In the near future, however, his dream is to be posted to Chequers in order to carry out VIP duties for the prime minister.
