James serves in the RAF, and is based at at Linton-on-Ouse, where he has served for six years. He currently works in the Senior NCOs’ and Junior Ranks Mess, cooking around 1250 meals per week.
At an auction last year, James offered his culinary skills to the highest bidder and raised £80 for a breast cancer charity.
