Kim completed a one day cookery course with Coghlans in February 2010. Cooking has always been a passion and after years of her saying “I want to do that”, her husband signed her up to the Dinner Party 1 day cooking course.
Kim says that she wanted to learn how to present food rather than just throw it onto a plate. Now, she will spend hours of preparation going through cookery books and sorting out her menu. She says that you never stop learning when you cook, and feels that the course at Coghlans has enhanced her skills and has made her more relaxed as a chef.
