Sir Richard Branson wasn't there as his house caught fire from that tropical storm? The celebs only did a short distance at the start each, so that they could all be filmed from land! They all did an hour swim more than once over the course of the journey

Disappointed that the excellent specialist swimmers were not introduced and portrayed as part of the team during the programme.nothing was said about how far they swam, or what type of support they gave the celebs, or even why they were doing it, it was as if only the celebs raised the money!

Having recently taken up outdoor and indoor swimming I thought the Celebrity Big Swim was an excellent programme. I think the Celebs did a fantastic job and should be very proud of themselves for what they have achieved and for the money raised for charity. I think the programme was honest in that there was obviously some very powerful long distance swimmers who were making the swim possible. I think the Celebs did brilliant in being willing to raise money for charity in a way that obviously took them right out of their comfort zone - all of them managing at least one full hour in the sea as newcomers to outdoor swimming and some of whom struggled to breath, swim in the right direction, and even put their heads in water. Having said that I would have liked to see more balanced focus, which would have included the elite swimmers. Happen, one day we could have a television programme dedicated to the elite gladiators of open water swimming such as Lianne.

Sea swimming is daunting and therefore the celebs really did well to step up to this.Equally I was also pleased to see the testiments given by the celebs about the pro swimmers. Well all

Hate demand 5, never works properly, the others put it to shame. I give up, won't be back unless vastly improves!

Pamela Stephenson's joke at Ritchard Bransons expence was not funny.

its a shame the elite swimmers didn`t have their moment of being on tv to promote how amazing outdoor swimming is, well done celebs even though you stoll the lime light.
