  Hi Hilary my husband needs some advise on how to tender for work. He has worked as a Decorator for 30 years, he has worked new builds and domestic and commercial and has never been out of work,but with climate building of houses has noe slowed down in the last two years. The main problem is that work has always come to him but now he will have start tendering for work. Would it be possible that you could give him advise on how to do this please.

  Hi Hilary, Just been watching your program on channel Five and it so inspired me to contact you for help in my part time business i been under taking as an internet marketer. For a couple of years i been selling some information products on the internet to my database of customers,made some money but i think i am nearly there but need your advice to take it to next level. Would it be possible to have your input please,as you are the "Guru" of business so i been told....

  Hello Hilary, I too have just watched your program on Five. I ran a party shop 5 years ago . We also a provided balloon decoration service. The shop closed due to low passing trade. I am now trying to get back into balloon decor with limited success. I would really appreciate a bit of advise. Please help!

  Balloon decoration. I used to work as an event manager for events company they had a job opening stores for one of the leading supermarkets. They'd subcontract the balloon dressing which constituted a huge body of work over a number of years. I'd suggest contacting event companies and wedding organisers in your area and bidding for work in the same way the florists did in an earlier episode.
