the gadget show crew don't upload to 5 od. on demand and channel 5 are two completely different things. once they have aired it on channel 5 then it is sent to 5od to be edited and changed for the on demand. so people stop saying they are going to report them you calnt do nothing. if its late its late deal with it.

I used to love the gadget show but I’m starting to have second thoughts as if they can't upload the episode when they say they will then obviously a programme about tech isn't being made by people who know how to use it, so if there was a score below 1G then you’ve only just about got it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .

Tell you what, send me the recording because I could edit it a whole lot faster than any of you at C5. It aint rocket science! Infact I'm sure that most people couldn't care less if you leave the adverts in from Mondays televised version.. Just be honest about what is going on at C5 instead of fobbing people off !!!!!

This is totally pathetic. Why is it that the gadget show is always late being made available on Catch Up? As many others have said, iPlayer can do it very quickly, so what on earth is wrong with you Channel 5?

Rather than complain again, can I ask whoever monitors these comments to get the people who put the GS online to post here the reason it does take so long? It might mean that we have wait longer for the show to be ready but for that extra 5 minutes, a valid reason might go a long way to people accepting it a bit more. Axl Rose is the master of pi... upsetting people by being late, don't compete for that title! Just give us a reason?

I'm finding some people or companies that deal with stuff like this. TRUST ME Channel 5 THIS IS NOT GOOD for your channel 5 company and demand five. WHEN I COLLECT MY EVEDINCE OF a outlook of this and how long this has happening for and log what and when demand five has written on the comments page. And gather feedback from other customers and comenties on this like last week’s episode. And tell the gadget show cast on their twitter pages and see what they can do, or decide to take there presents elsewhere who cares like the BBC (The British Broadcasting Corporation) AND PLEASE ALL VIEWERS KEEP SENDING THE COMMENT’S IN AND OFTEN CHECKING THE COMMENTS PAGE. I will be writing back again soon telling you more information and setting up a community website page and an email.

You would have been better off not making any comment Channel 5. Instead you decided to show your complete contempt for the shows fans by lying to us all. It has nothing to do with last minute edits or anything of the sort. Its to do with advertising revenues! If the BBC and Channel 4 can get their programming out online quickly, why can't Channel 5.............do you think we are all stupid? I think we all know the answer to that!!

Gadget Show and Channel Five in general needs to improve the picture quality, fast moving scenes create really bad pixelation. Whoever encodes the broadcasts need to use better software/hardware and generally go back and learn about codecs at media school. As for the latest episode not being available due to last minute editing, what a lame excuse as the programme is recorded and editied well before broadcast no no need for a delay here......... POOR FIVE very POOR

Again with the excuses. Why can't Five just be honest and say "we won't put it up here until the 5* repeat complete with adverts." There is no need for last minute editing. We see that week after week after week after week. And if there is then fire the guy who is taking so long. But in the end just tell us the truth, it's ad revenue you want. Don't give us BS about need for editing.

i wrote a few comments last week regarding the length of time it take C5 to upload TGS and i emailed C5 with a complaint and do you think i have had a reply to any of them NO C5 DONT CARE ABOUT ITS DEDICATED FLAGSHIP SHOW VIEWERS just give up and sell the show to the beeb i work 7 days a week and dont get home in time to watch the show and i cant record it as my generic digital satellite recorder always misses the first 4 mins for some reason (but only TGS) THIS IS A JOKE AND MAKES A MOCKERY OF THE SHOW
