I disagree with David from 15 days ago. It is precisely why customer feedback is so important to service improvement. It is essential to complain, as now, when extremely poor service is encountered: complain! It is equally important to offer plaudits for good service. This service. It deserves critcism. It is poor and demands improvement. This is now where honest supplier feedback is essential. Over to you Demand 5. Give genuine reasons for delay and improve service or lose viewers.

I came to watch the audio test in this episode but you've edited it out. The episode says it's 45 minutes long but the video length is 32:52? Every comment on here seems to be negative about the demand five service, is anyone from channel 5 monitoring the comments? If so, do you care?

Am outraged that the test I most wanted to see has been cut?!?! Under the video it says "Jason, Ortis and Jon embark on three of the most ambitious tests the show has ever attempted." yet we can only see 2 of these tests. Why has this been done? Why is there no explanation or apology? Channel Five.. what a joke!

ok a few issues, 1. the hover wing is a invention called an ekranoplan developed before ww2 so the guy who claimed to be the 1st to fly one is full of hot air....james may was in one on the bbc 2 where is the rest of the show?

So where's the other half of the program? Demand 5 is consistently the worst on demand service, it's terrible. Perhaps the gadget show should do a comparison between the OD services and lobby providers to improve there service like they do with internet speed etc.

Okay let me say this can't be the full episode mainly because it only lasts 32 minutes 52 seconds and comes no where near to the 45 minutes like it describes in the description. Also to be honest I don't care that this content isn't live straight away, yeah I'd like it to be but since it isn't, I think it won't kill me. I'm a student who knows a bit why Demand 5 posts things late, the reason is that they have to. The Gadget show is repeated throughout the week and needs to be viewed, after that they can post it here. They prefer people to watch it on TV because that's where their money is made (from adverts and ratings), BBC iPlayer can post it straight away or soon after because they don't rely on rating or adverts because they make their money from the license fee. One thing I will say is that, I'd like to watch this show in HD, watching it online in standard definition was okay a few years ago but now, with the following of people that love HD content and can actually stream it. It would be a beloved feature. Lets just say BBC do it, and they even share your content, just don't get left behind...

But im assuming Nick actually has a life outside watching tv. I am a big fan of the gadget show, and missed it on monday, but im not the least bit angry its taken up until now to be uploaded, just thanks to the demand 5 team for providing a good (if relatively slow admittedly when compared to BBC iplayer) service to us all. Those of you who week after week do get angry should preocuppy themselves with something else until its uploaded, rather than time wasting on here moaning, it wont help you.

I was just thinking that, the image on the main page for the show depicts a scene that was not in the episode. I only watched it online as the misses was watching her programme on the TV, wont bother if it doesn't show the full episode...

I don't know if any of you have noticed, but something is missing from the episode - the bit where Jason & Ortis and the sound test with Joe McElderry. You can see it on the preview but NOT in the show.

@Nick BE QUIET WILL YOU, demand 6 are late getting the gadget show uploaded each and every week for as long as i can remember..... Yeah so be it its a free service but so is itv & 4od but they manage to get their showes uploaded in a matter of a few hours NOT 3-4 days as it does with demand 5. plus demand 5 come out with LIES about when it will be uploaded on a Tue but then uploaded on thu night. the dedicated fans such as myself and other people who call moaning has had enough of demand 5, THEIR EXCUSES & HOW LONG IT TAKES TO UPLOAD A SHOW..... such as this week no comment from them and its not uploaded yet. NOT EVERYONE CAN WATCH IT LIVE ON TV AS THEY ONLY HAVE ONE TV AND SOMEONE ELSE IN THE HOUSE WANTS TO WATCH SOAPS..... OR PEOPLE ARE AT WORK, AND NOT EVERYONE CAN AFFORD A +BOX THAT ALLOWS THEM THE FREEDOM TO RECORD ONE CHANNEL WHILE WATCHING ANOTHER............. SO THEY HAVE TO RELEY ON THIS SLOW & POOR SERVICE........ im sick of seeing people telling us dedicated fans who watch it week in week out via this service to stop moaning, its a free service, their doing their best and so forth. in closing NICk & other people SHUT UP.... rant over with.

well, i work when this show is on and i am now fed up of coming here after its aired to find i still cant watch it. 48 hours is long enough, im not worth a lot i know, but the gadget show (and 5) have lost a viewer. cant be bothered to even check anymore

At least this week we haven't got the patronising "there is a delay while we edit the footage" message --- so far that it (as of 01:30 on Tuesday morning). It isn't on Catch Up On Demand on VirginMedia either. So when they finally condescend to upload/distribute it on Wednesday night after the 5* repeat we'll have four days to catch up not seven. (Michael you've sold me on getting Virgin TiVo.)

well demand 5 i wonder what POOR excuse you will give us this week for not uploading in time... its the same old thing each & every week..... your always late with uploading. all i can say is THANK GOD i recorded the show on my virgin plus box & will be every week because i cant be bothered to wait 2-3+ days for you to upload the show...... oh & i get to fast forward the ads.

Hi, not impressed with the fitness test. Surely the test should test like-for-like. ie should they not have used wii fit if they were testing fitness programs?
