The show COULD be great but the Presenters are letting it down badly with bad jokes and self importance. Channel 5 could learn a bit from ITV such as allowing online entry for the competiton. Guess what it is technically possible.

Farewell our beloved TGS, it was really great while it lasted but guess nothing lasts forever. Am absolutely gutted but wish to express my gratitude for an amazing 16 series and 8 thoroughly enjoyable years. You will be surely missed but never ever forgotten... RIP!

Love the gadget show and I cant wait for the new series! I also cant wait to go and see it live!!! WOOP WOOP! I have tried gadget geeks on sky one and it is rubbish, doesnt even have any tech. RUBBISH!!

Gadget Show is rubbish now, I used to love it but I think its sadly lost its appeal. Too many people presenting it, seems far too scripted with everyonel laughing falsely on cue at each others jokes. Show us proper gadgets, clever techy gadgets, not toys and yawn phone apps for crying out loud

@peter wild obviously they make money on phone an text how else would they fund the competition.... by they way great job channel 5 and the team i always look forward to the gadget show cant wait for the next season ;).

Gadget show can't fly. Just watched Otis trying to fly a co-axe helicopter with his t-shirt rippling in the wind. Any 10 year old who's flown one knows they can't fly in a light 2mph breeze (tells you on the box too) let alone the 20-25mph wind he was standing in. No wonder it just blew over. If it had got into the air it would have disapeared off the island. Hardly a fair test. Don't know who the "so called" expert is who advises them on heli RC, but he should know better. Remember the heli they lost at the waterfall? Remember Jason couldn't land the POV flier because of wind? (Looks like their "expert" is so OUT OF DATE he has never heard of "return to home" tech). Then there was Otis again flying a "specially adapted" 4 channel Easycopter that the expert had "specially adapted", when all he had done was turn the giro gain up to it's highest gain, which just made the tail twitch rather then make it more precise to fly. Get a better (real) expert for the next series. You're supposed to be Cutting Edge, not 5 years behind the times.

prize competition. WHY for a gadget show that is suposed to be all about new tech cant you apply for the competitions to win the prizes ON LINE... you can PHONE in, TEXT, or even write in SO why not on line
