Alex meets a hotelier in Kent whose idiosyncratic tastes are miles away from the hotel's countryside setting.

I hate channel 5, they're networking team must be non-existent. they can't even work out how to make a video work properly, as much as i love the hotel inspector, unfortunately I will be switching to i player to find something else to watch on their player witch actually runs properly !!

Every 2 mins it freezes and i have to refresh page seriously come on channel 5 sort it out!

I love this program..Hotel Inspector... i am a cleaner self-employed for 11 years worked all the time and have a waiting list...... love Alax Polizzi we would work well !!! I smile when you finds it needs cleaning

The VO describing Alex's changes contained some pretty strong hyperbole in this episode, to the extent it actually made me laugh - "a triumph" was such a disproportionate description that it almost became a parody of itself.

What is going on Channel 5? Poor quality playback with frequent stops and random cuts to adverts. I bet this doesn't happen on Asian Babes.
