Previously known for her role in science fiction drama Kyle XY, Kristen Prout plays Sutton's friend, Char.
The daughter of a neurologist and a child therapist, Kristen hails from Vancouver, Canada. She landed her first acting role at the age of 10 and has since appeared in a number of TV movies, as well as starring in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
Kristen describes her character in The Lying Game as "bubbly", "outspoken" and "a queen bee" and admits that she identifies with her behaviour. She admitted to Examiner.com: "We're both a little bit neurotic."
