Season 3 is being re-run (according to What's on TV) on 5* starting on Monday 19th at 7pm showing every night (be it single or double bills) up until 30th December (which will be episode 18). I'm assuming this will carry on through into the New Year.

This is the first time i have tried to watch something on demand 5, you really need to catch up to the big boys, totally under whelmed and will not bother in the future.

Demand Five u respond when there are complaints about ur service but when we complain about not getting enough information on what is going on then u ignore all the fans. This is not right and u r soon going 2 lose viewers if u dont do something

they havent been on yet. channel five seems to have just stopped playing season 3 and have reverted back to season 1.

Surely they cant believe that EVERYONE elses connection is the problem. They must realise the problem is on their side. I mean just look at the comments on this forum! Is no one monitoring them! I'm not a technical super whiz but it's not rocket science is it?!

I had a conversation with the Channel 5 technical support about how slow their service is once, he was convinced it was my broadband connection that was slow, it wasn't, it was their service. The ping response time from their servers, and theirs alone was terrible. They host their content too far away and clearly don't have the resources to be a good host a good web service, no capacity management at all. That and they take too long to post programmes once they've been broadcast. Terrible service compared to the their competitors!

Similar to a number of comments above. i was not able to watch the fist few episodes of The Mentalist when broadcast. How can this be called "Demand" Five, when one can't!!

I think it's rubbish that the first episode of season 3 is no longer available to view. I havent seen any of this season yet due to missing the last few eps of season 2. I wanted to catch up with them before I started on season 3. Now I have caught up, I have to start season 3 from episode 2. This is RUBBISH. On the old demand 5 site, shows used to be available for longer than on this new site. SORT IT OUT 5!!!

on to 3rd attempt to watch now - also watching in Chrome - gets to a wonderful Ad then just stops - permanently. Only resolve is to restart and jump to previous - cept have to REWATCH ALL THE ADS?????? Get this sorted - I wouldn't pass a Junior College student for this kind of shoddy work.

You have to log out again at the breaks & then log back in again before it will let you move forwards, otherwise it just stops at the adverts...very very frustrating!!

Plays perfectly through the ads, stalls once you get to the programme, No wonder they give you a month to watch it. Absolutely terrible. Needs more development, quickly.

quite unprofessional. same ads. why? completely ruins viewing pleasure. skyplayer and iplayer have it right. FIVE DO NOT. Get rid of play bar in full screen mode and allow fast forward. Allow downloading. Works for the BIGGER players, BBC and SKY.

Two things: 1. Showing me the same set of adverts four times is pointless and probably a bad return for your advertisers, and 2. Why doesn't either the purple player bar or the cursor fade away in full-screen mode? It's dumb and distracting to have to present on screen the whole time.
