It must be your internet that is the problem because recently I changed from AOL Broadband (where it froze every two seconds) to BT Infinity and now it does not freeze at all!

I'm glad I actually looked at the comments here as I've been getting the same problems since the finale of Sons Of Anarchy. I've been watching stuff Demand5 on an iMac for a year now and only recently has it become impossible to watch!! :(

The report a problem popup comes up behind the video making it impossible to fill in. its obvious channel 5 doesn't want this service to work. Maybe its time for a boycott (bet they delete this comment)

18meg connection, Law & Order works fine as does CSI. Never had a problem with Mentalist before but this episode is unwatchable!

This is happening to me too and its not the computer i have tried on mac, windows and iPad and still nothing!! Very frustrating! also happening with other programmes on here, but all other catch up sites work perfectly.

always works 100% but only since we ungraded internet and also im wireless No didnt upgrade just to watch 5 on demand . Also pity you cant watch earlier episodes of most shows on 5

HEY! those who say its our internet that gives us the problem with demand five- your wrong! It happens to often to to many people-all other iplayers like ITV and BBC work perfect just like a 'oiled tuna'. It never was like this until several months ago- cause demand fivei sgetting popular.

Had no problems watching - my hubby sometimes has problems if he uses his MacBook to try and watch 5OD, he ends up using my "lesser" windows machine. Maybe this is the problem you are having???

very poor connection to this episode(19). having problems actually viewing the content. happens a lot with ch5. iplayer, 40d and live tv streaming from other sites are perfect.
