    Im so angry ! funny how the adverts play, but not the series, can only watch less than a minute of the programme , try reporting a problem and a screen of patrick comes up stopping you write anything!!! if I see another wonga advert i will throw my computer out of the window

    So. Virgin wrongly disconnected my TV. Which means I lost all recorded Mentalist episodes. Delighted to find I can watch on my computer only to find that it keeps freezing. Why?

    it keeps freezing, I kept thinking its ok that i've missed to last two just watch it on catchup -tried six times to watch the 1st five mintures of the show.Come one fix it

    grr..why is it i can watch the programme perfectly fine but i have to watch each set of adverts for 10 minutes because they keep freezing!!!?

    I remember now why I stop using demand five. The show keeps stopping and forcing you to watch the adverts over and over again. Evil

    I have already watched the show, i love it so much i wanted to watch it again before the season finale today but........ THE VIDEO WONT WORK!!!!!! ive tried 6 times already, the adverts are perfectly fine but the show itself keeps stopping at different times and then eventually wont carry on!

    Episode 23 was working this morning, i only got chance to see about 16 mins of it before i had to go to work. Now i want to watch the rest it, decide to freeze.. Not happy

    Yet again channel 5, I keep telling myself not to bother with this site, but I forget as I like some of the shows. I wanted to forgot about that again, and guess what, it froze yet again. Although I did get to see the ads about four times.

    Love the Mentalist & other USA series on 5, great escapism. Went to techies site as per Jon Parker - resolved most of the stop, start & freezing problems on watching video on all the catch up sites. Chrome update has added "click to play" so tech site advice poss needs to be updated. Think I need to expend my cache now??? Cheers Jon

    I believe that Jane thinks the manager has something to do with Red John so he's letting the manager (the guy who fired him at the end) know that he's "given up" on finding Red John, so the manager will tell RJ and give him a head start as such. The manager could even be the guy that talked to the little girl and Jane hipnotised her to forget about it when she so the guy again. Maybe.

    You need to read the article about getting the video 2 play without stuttering or stopping as I used 2 get the same issues until I found a way around it. Just search on Google for "Fixing Demand 5 performance problems" and its the top article - I would put a link in but then the moderator won't allow this post - they must like people skipping their site for others and missing out on revenue?? Anyway if this gets posted follow the instructions near the bottom and you will be able to watch the movie without any problems.

    Really poor transmission of episode 23. Can't get more than 20 seconds of coherent dialogue and then it freezes.

    Mentalist: Love it! esp RJ episodes. Stop/Start Issue: Suggest sending an email via "contact us" page. Until they fix it, it is possible to get around prob by minimise/maximise each time an ad starts with audio only. The ad will then restart properly. Have to do this every time but it is much fasterthan refreshing - you'll start to recognise which adverts are a problem. Good Luck!
