M Chewter- a weston warrior for good scoff!
With Regards to Norma's comments they clearly do not accept constructive criticism as when i politetly complained about the food and service, i was treated as a naughty child who would not eat my greens! Mr Vinnicombe is nothing short of RUDE! I am from Weston and why should i have to travel to london for a decent meal, it dosen't matter what the budget there is no excuse for poor service and manky food!

I can tell you this: I been going to Nook & Harbor for Years, this place has been transformed to something everyone should experience. From the ambience to the superb dishes that excellent young chef is creating. service was excellent and staff friendly. One note to prove these guys aren't amateurs; I was near the delivery entrance and the fresh fish delivery was coming in and I must say I never saw more fresh salmon and scallops arriving even when I worked in the seafood business. This place is a must GO

as a regular customer at the panoramic and formerly the nook and harbour i can only say i look forward to visiting.Alan and luke are very hospitable and have made great improvements to the decor and menu. They clearly work very hard and welcome constructive criticism the only thing holding them back being the weather and not even Fernando can do anything about that. People should encourage them and hope they do well and anyone not happy in our seaside town should maybe travel to london and pay the prices in THE IVY!!!!

Well I addressed my comments on the facebook page as i thought this place was nothing short of dissapointing and my comment was removed so i would not take any notice of what it says as it is completely one sided and i would not be surprised if the comments were made by the owner!

Visited today. When finally seated owner asked if we were being served. When stated we were just told to sit here he walked of and ignored us. Expected everything to be freshly cooked as per programme. The special menu of omelette and chips. Expected 3 times cooked chips as my partner got with his buger. Got frozen undercooked chips. We are locals and will not be returning. Was going to order pudding after what I got served as main did not bother

Decided to go in here at some point but unable to get into weatherspoons we took a stroll here. stood waiting at the front door waiting to be seated for ages. lunch menu seemed inconstistant ordered the burger which was great mushroom omlettter came with raw chips. would have mentioned it but no one bothered to copme and check if everything was ok. it was a rainy sat lunchtime and the place was nearly empty. unlikely to revisit

Looking forward to going to the Panoramic. Watching the TV show made me want to give it a try and support the lads. I never wanted to go into the Nook and Harbour. From a Weston resident.

Visited Panoramic recently. Very disappointed. Food not hot although the lamb did taste nice. Owners not professional. Whole experience fell short of expectation after programme.Place was virtually empty and easy to see why. When the TV set went on for the staff to watch whilst we were still eating said it all, not to mention table cloths being flapped around as they set tables up for the next day, again while we were eating. Will not be going again nor recommending it to anyone.

I'm sorry you feel like that Jason Sandford, perhaps you should have voiced your thoughts at the time. At least they are trying, the new look & chef seems good to me, I would give them a chance.. thank you Fernando, the most entertaining program on the whole of TV.
