Environmental health cannot just shut a restaurant down there has to be time for improvement......and that is exactly what he has done, it was proved in the program that he had to much to do on his own. Now he has a chef in the kitchen, i hope the business will continue to thrive. I dont think the kitchen will return to normal state as the chef should keep on top of it.

I love this show and Fernando! Uk was awful and I always walked away from it due to the jumble sale look. I will however give it a try now.

This resturant owner is so full of himself. Whenever he is confronted with any critisism he just stands there looking at Fernando with this stupid grin on his face. Irritating beyond comprehension.

Firefox worked fine for me also, smooth play and no adverts. Godson, the only 1 making a racial issue of anything is yourself and that is a pathetic comment to make. Hygiene is not race specific, the kitchen in the beginning was a disgrace which if you had watched properly was agreed by another Nigerian. That said it now looks great and as no longer run by 'a 1 man band' has every opportunity to stay that way. Running a decent restaurant is far too much for 1 person to do and standards slip. I worked in Africa for a year and loved the food, my partner is from east Yorkshire and having read the current reviews for Zanzibar we will definately make the effort to travel there next time we visit his family and give it a go.

The issue with playback appears to be browser specific - it was jerky for me on chrome, only played adverts on Internet Explorer, but worked fine on Firefox...?

How had Environmental Health allowed him to stay open with such a filthy kitchen? That was years of grime, not just a week or two of neglect.

I agree programme keeps breakding up but Adverts come through perfectly. Why do some people request to be on the programme and then won't take any advice.
