Okay, firstly I think it is great that EVERY single comment that is allowed to stay on the site is praising the travelling community. I myself have left comments that have been removed by a moderator, quite simple because I voiced my opinion, which is not one of hate for the community but a realistic view on them as I have grown up in an area plagued by gypsies, my school was turned into a complete and utter mess because of the gypsies that moved in. Have some more respect for people who are not so NAIVE like the majority of the comments I have read on here!!!!!!

Oh for goodness sake! This programme is only focusing on the negative, I myself have never had the chance to learn the culture or their ways but it seems like the actions of a few are tarring the lives of many travellers and giving them a bad reputation and got to say this but how are these 'scams' and different to that of other ethnic groups look at Nigerian scammers who hack your email address or telephone lines just so they can gain money but is this being reported or investigated ? No. What about door to door sales people who prey on the elderly? This again seems to be being overflooked. Maybe before they go slating one particular they should look at these other groups which are part of our Great Britain, and don't even get me started on the benefit system and Immigration, and these last two mentioned areas are where the biggest scams and frauds are carried out but this again seems to be being over looked , conveniently. Take a look at the problems within this Great Britain, sorry of this upsets anyone but think this is a very negative outlook on one culture how are they any different to these other cultures we accept ?

It's sad to see how many sad people want to view the negitive side of an ethnic group, I wonder would these shows be allowed if they were about any other ethnic group! Wouldn't think so. Well done United Kingdom you are a supportive multi culture group of people. Shame on you Learn the culture learn the facts not what you want to hear!

Disappointing! The title suggested an investigation into the finances of these criminals. Instead we saw nothing of the sort. A journalist merely following them (with minimal success) telling us that they scam the vulnerable and then disappear. Nothing new there. The only heartening news was that one of them was given a life sentence in Texas. Well done Texas! The program was itself a con because it didn't do what it promised.

My Dad was Irish and the people who do this sort of thing do law-abiding Irish people no favours at all.
