Rachel Ducker has appeared with friend and business colleague Hayley Sparkes on our sofa several times, but today it was her turn to sit on our panel.

As head of her own Creative Agency, Rachel believes strongly in a fair and respectful way of working. As winner of the EEBW Young Businesswoman of the Year Award, and a finalist for the Chamber of Commerce Start Up Business of the Year Award, you could say it was a winning formula!
