Oliver Black is director of Tinies, the UK’s largest chain of nanny agencies for nursery and nanny jobs.
Tinies specialises in the recruitment of nannies and nursery staff,as well as managing a chain of 25 fixed creches & junior/kids club programmes on behalf of fitness chains and corporate companies. They manage the holiday playschemes for over 32 government departments and provide mobile creches for weddings, corporate events, festivals and training courses.
Max is a male nanny at My Big Buddy, which is the first registered male nanny agency in London. They provide male childcare on a permanent or casual basis.
Sarah Newton is a youth, teen and family expert. She has been helping young people and families for over 15 years of her life, initially as a police officer in the Met and for the last 10 years running her own youth consultancy business.
