At school I was taught Home Economics it was a 2 period lesson lasting abot and hour and a half. In the lesson we were taught to cook we were also taught nutrition, and budgeting. other things we were taught was clothes care ie. how to wash, iron and mend our clothes. These lessons have stayed with me since then and I can cook, and managed a budget and my children eat healthy food everyday HOME MADE food not package rubbish, and my children are able to make a simple nutritious meal.
