    Chris had the misfortune of needing the loo, but it is totally unacceptable for Matthew to keep making reference to it. I'm sure Chris would rather have waited until the break, but making him feel even more self conscious is very insensitive! I think he should apologise.

    Writing and exchanging visits with my German Pen Friend Babs since 1960 when I was 13 (I am now 65) has been a great joy. I visited Stuttgart again this September and think of Babs and her family as my extended family.

    Janet, you have beaten us then. First starting writing to my penfriend in Ipswich when I was in USA in 1964! I moved here in 1974 and we still keep in touch.
