I have just a baby 8 weeks ago. I am now back in my size 10 jeans but I still have a bit around the middle. My dad asked me at a family event - that i was big so was I pregnant again!!

i work with drug addicts. a typical drug addict that i work with has anxiety, confidence issues, faces stigma in society, die to his appearance, has very few black teeth as most were knocked out, is called drudie, smackhead everywhere he goes..Has had a several episodes in prison.. The question is, as an employer what would be your first thoughts seeing him coming for a job interview?
