Parts 2 & 3: Jt Verdict: A Black And White Case?
First up: I’m after your thoughts on the John Terry racism trial that ended with the Chelsea captain being cleared. The judge ended the trial as there was no clear evidence of what Terry said to Anton Ferdinand last October. Begs the question if there was no clear evidence why was the case brought to court? Couldn’t the FA have dealt with the row in-house? Maybe the CPS felt if they didn’t charge Terry they could be accused of being soft on racism?

We’ll take plenty of calls on that before it’s over to Jenny for the rest of today’s headlines.

Part 5: Is Clare’s Law Flawed?
After that: Is Clare’s Law flawed? From today you have the right to check up on your partner. Police will have to tell you if your new lover has not just convictions for violence but has ever been accused of wife beating. Doesn’t the latter undermine the golden rule that we’re all innocent until proven otherwise? Also how’s a fella supposed to move on from past mistakes if those past mistakes’ll haunt him forever?

Part 6: Do Kids Need Hugs?
Moving on, as it’s hug your kids day today I want to know if you think kid really need hugs to feel loved? Some psychologists think the benefits of hugs are overstated - an emotional sticking plaster is how they describe them. The critical thing is for your kids to know they’re loved. So are hugs overrated?

Part 7: Neighbour Away? Park In Their Bay!
And finally: If your neighbour’s away would you have the cheek to park in their bay or on their drive? Eric doesn’t see the problem. Do you?

    Sorry this is completely unrelated to Monday's show rather to the BBC's show Blackout. I thought it completely irresponsible of a health worker and ex alcoholic herself to tell the child of an alcoholic mayor that his father had an iilness: you never feel safe, best to keep invisible etc etc. It doesn't come from nowhere you are the child of an alcoholic, if you keep saying it it will set you free. Your father is ill you have to admit that you a problem before you pick up a drink. I have of course skipped and paraphrased but to foist this on a 8/10 yr old boy disgusts me. Keep it for AA if that works for you. Actually I think AA, NA and all the other "anonymous" organisations should be given a full exploratory docu by C5 or the other mainstream terrestrials. All best to the WS team.

    Well i computley disagree with Yasmin Alibhai-Brown, about the racism in Ukraine. I lived in Ukraine, Kiev for 3 years and the people are so friendly. So please dont lable all ukraines as being racist.

    The JT & AF race case should never have been taken to court. It should have been dealt with in-house, just like any employer would have. JT is not a racist, but may have use the word, because AF brought up his personal life on the pitch, which he should not have. besides, AF's brother is not an angel. JT's response should have been, "people who live in glass house should not throw stones". JT acted in the heat of the moment. I believe QPR, & the agent, tried to use this to their advantage, to riun JT, because of his past record, & think it''s demeaning to real racism. Especially, when the FA are working very hard to rid real racism in the game. AF should be punish for bringing JT's personal life on the pitch. RF should be punish for inciting a civil war after the case. JT has already been punished enough. This is coming from a Black person, (Not Mixed Race), with two sons in their late 20's.     ,I have recently been to Stratford , and i think the local people will prosper on the Olympic`s because they all cannot afford the price`s of the big companies ,If you go to Stratford you will see for yourselves , I was born in Poplar . and i can assure you they will prosper

    racially abuse and harassed for a year cps not interested victim support counsellor stop me from taking my life 2 words spoken by john terry was in the heat of the moment mine are written letters which are malicious communication act 1988 the cps just ignore afraid of my abusers
