Part 1: Hellos & Menu
Parts 2 & 3: Pros And Cons Of Fuel Tax Hike
First up: the pros and cons of the fuel tax hike. Petrol’s currently £1.33, diesel £1.43. Those prices will rise by 3p in January and a further 5p in August. The ConDems need the extra tax to reduce debt. But the hikes will cripple business and hurt ordinary people who’ll have to pay more not just for fuel but also for food and everything else that travels by road. Is there a compromise to be struck? How about freezing the price of diesel to keep food prices down?
We’ll give that phone in plenty of time before it’s over to Andy for the rest of the day’s headlines.
Part 4: Today’s Papers
Part 5: Is Disabled Love Different?
Then: is disabled love different? Glamour magazine tells the story of this able-bodied woman who fell for a severely disabled man. It’s an extraordinary tale of a romance that even her closest friends don’t understand. When one person is physically or mentally challenged and their other half isn’t, does that change the dynamics of the relationship? If you’ve got something to say on that, get in touch…
Part 6: How Happy Are We?
After that: we’re going to find out how happy we are as a nation, something even the prime minister’s been trying to do since coming to power last year. Are we Brits a happy bunch? Does our sense of humour get us through the dark times? Or are we a nation of mardy bums?
Part 7: Have Old Learners Left It Too Late?
And finally: have old learner drivers left it too late? Craig Revel Horwood is learning to drive in his mid 40s. Why bother starting when you’re that old, I hear you cry. Good point - well, if any of you waited until middle age or later to get your motors running we want to hear from you. Was it worth all the money, nerves and effort?

Judith It was exactly the same under Labour, they are driven around Westminster and are not in the real world. Even people living where there are good Tube, Train & Bus services or even taxis don't understand that we people in the country have none of these things and would be prisoners in our own homes if not for our cars!!!!

Well lets hope 8p is all that goes on fuel between now and the summer. I reckon it goes up by 20p every year! Watch at the start and look at the end. Nobody watches this from the start of the year till the end. Why don't you?

Zoe has a point. A third of her wage on fuel, if she is spending up to 10% on heating, that's 43% of her salary on gas basically!! So how is she meant to spend money kick starting the economy??

Please don't give me the old saving the planet story!! If that were the case, then fine! But it's about squeezing all they can out of us. What money goes to saving the planet? Not a penny!! And they sell the stuff in litres but we then travel in miles!! All designed to confuse! To kick start the economy they could employ the unemployed to change all the traffic signals to kilometres per hour. Then we'd see how much we are REALLY spending on fuel!!!

Hi I'm gutted I'm missing today's show (weds) as the topic of differently-abled relationships relates to me. After many ops, and invase treatments a loving relationship is possible, affection comes in many different forms anouse elope from dealing with things together. My hubby has learnt patience, compassion and an understanding of how society can misunderstand my needs, everything is twice as hard and takes twice as much time but this can create a special bond between two people,
