Part 1: Hellos & Menu
Parts 2 & 3: Animal Testing: Right To Know?
For our first phone in: Animal Testing: right to know? Thanks to a Freedom of Information request, universities will now be forced to disclose details of their animal testing. Sure - it’s a contentious subject. But it’s strictly regulated. And while the tests are funded by our taxes, surely full disclosure only puts the lives of scientists and commercial interests at risk from militant animal rights activists?
We’ll take plenty of calls on that before it’s over to Darren for the rest of the day’s headlines.
Part 4: Today’s Papers
Part 5: Same Family, Different Memories?
Then: Same family, different memories. Do you have fundamentally different family memories to your siblings? You remember a blissful idyllic childhood, they remember abusive mums and alcoholic dads making life a misery. Why the difference in recollections? Have they caused a rift between you and your brothers and sisters? Give us a call.
Part 6: Grant Russell Long Stay On Strictly?
For our last phone-in of the week: Grant Russell long stay on Strictly? Astrologer Russell Grant’s this year’s unlikely viewers’ choice on Strictly Come Dancing. Comedy dancers like Ann Widdecombe and John Sergeant have always been popular, but does Russell have what they didn’t - a little talent? He’s trying, at least. Can he go all the way?
Part 7: Talking Telly With Kevin O’sullivan
And finally, Sunday Mirror critic Kevin O Sullivan is back to take us through the best shows on the box. We’ll be reviewing: I’m a Celeb, Pan Am, Fairground Attractions… and we’ll be previewing: The Killing, The Lost Orphan: Mirela’s Story and Mongrels.

I suggest everyone watches the 2005 film Earthlings so that they can see how much misery we humans cause to animals for food, research and so called sport. I guarantee that anyone who watches it will change their attitude towards animal testing.

there are plenty of paedophiles and murders in prison doing nothing useful with their time. Why can't we use them for testing products, at least then they can go some way to repaying their debt to society and innocent animals won't have to be tortured.
