Matthew

Sorry, this episode is no longer available to watch on Demand 5.

Find out why

Part 1: Hellos & Menu

Parts 2 & 3: Hillsborough Report - Closure At Last?
First up: will the publication yesterday of the long awaited Hillsborough report bring closure for the relatives of the 96 who died - or will that only come after justice has been served on those responsible if that’s possible after 23 years of lies and cover ups.

Part 4: Today’s Papers

Part 5: Women: Stay Slim For Your Man!
Then: Should women make an effort to stay slim for their men as one of the founders of London Fashion Week argues - who’s a fella by the way. Stats tell us you’re more likely to be fat if you’re coupled up so maybe the guy’s got a point. But in telling women to watch their weight and not their partners, isn’t this fella being just a tad sexist. Should women stay slim for their partners?

Part 6: Spy Cams In Schools
Moving on: We’re going to have another look at CCTV in schools after yesterday’s revelation that there are now more than 100,000 cameras spying on pupils - with some 200 schools monitoring changing rooms and toilets. If you’ve got nothing to hide you’ve got nothing to fear, CCTV can help beat bullies - true enough but isn’t there a risk these young people will grow up thinking living a BIg Brother society is normal?

Part 7: Do Tantrums Make Champions?
And finally: Do tantrums make champions? Andy Murray’s grannie reckons the tantrums he threw as a child marked him out as a future champion as his fits were proved his determination to be a winner. Interesting theory - if your kids throw tantrums do you think they might be winners too?

I agree with Matthew, narcissism and vanity is spreading like a disease slowly eroding everyone's self worth and body image. Stop judging people on their looks its callous, shallow, empty, hollow lifestyle with far reaching and deep effects on societies psyche. To be in good health is one thing, but people only try to make themselves beautiful to cover up their own failings and cruel barren souls long void of compassion for those less fortunate. are you not good enough without it? I care about Hillsborough Percival its called empathy its what makes the world a better place .

Matthew Wright's comments on men having something wrong with them because they like to read magazines that help improve how they look have something wrong with them is grossly offensive. What is wrong with men in 2012 wanting to better themselves and look good. Do women who read these type of magazines also have something wrong with them. HOW DARE YOU MAKE DISGUSTING, OFFENSIVE, SEXIST COMMENTS LIKE THAT. Surely there is something wrong with men who just want to sit in a pub, get extremely drunk and walk around with a huge revolting, beer belly. Grow up Matthew. If this programme is being axed at the end of the year then it is a good thing.

Hillsborough-How can there be ANY closure when people in power have NOT answered for their indiscretions?? There should, and I believe will be criminal prosecutions over this and it's about time too!! I can't express my admiration for these families who have been decried by the establishment for 23 years!!! I believe the minimum sentence for the alleged criminals should be the same period as the heartache they have inflicted!!!
