Matthew Wright hosts the topical debate show.
Part 1: Hellos & Menu
Parts 2 & 3: Stars Who Stayed Silent Over Savile “Sex Abuse”?
First up: I want to know what you make of the celebs lining up to tell how they suspected the late sir Jimmy Savile was a pervert - and yet said nothing when he was alive? Paul Gamabaccini and Esther Rantzen have both this week stuck the knife into their former colleague but not until after 10 alleged victims found the strength to finally come forward. Should those who heard rumours about Savile have acted sooner?
We’ll take plenty of calls on that before it’s over to Natalie for the rest of the day’s news.
Part 4: Today’s Papers
Part 5: 11 Hour School Day Too Long?
After that: Is an 11 hour schoolday too long? The governor of a yet-to-open free school plans to keep pupils on the premises from 7.30 in the morning to six in the evening. The panel was outraged when they heard this yesterday - but I can’t see the problem. Longer at school learning stuff means less time on the streets or playing video games. Maybe every school should do the same?
Part 6: Clubbing Bum-Pinchers!
Moving on we’re going to find out if you support the women campaigning to get bum pinchers kicked out of nightclubs. So far only two clubs have pledge to crack down on what some fellas see as a bit of fun - but many women feel is harassment verging on sexual assault. What do you think?
Part 7: Why Aren’t We Working 9 To 5?
And finally: Why aren’t we working 9 to 5? Why do work the longest hours in Europe? Why are doing on average almost a whole day’s worth of unpaid overtime each week? Are we being exploited? Or are we perhaps too scared to stand up to the boss and demand a fair deal?
