Too many women deny the father the right to see their children. It is disgusting. There are good fathers out there. Why do the courts always give custody of the kids to the mother. Fathers should get custody as well. It is rime these women were taught a lesson. This law is a great idea.

I bet a lot of divorced men would love the power trip of putting a curfew on their ex-wives. False accusations of women not co-operating with shared time would be a huge problem. This is a ridiculous idea.

I have known so many men that have been shafted by the system. Its a total nightmare. I do personally believe that children should have access to both parents. Only in exceptional cases should that right be taken away. I think if there is an agreement (made via the courts) there should be sanctions if the agreement is broken. The split has nothing to do with the children and they shouldn't be made to suffer to score point against each other.

UnPaid Internship - I work in Television. When i first started in post production it was expected of me to work for free with future possibility of a job at the end. I worked un paid for about 3 weeks, then moved up ranks as a runner, v.t op and so on. I stayed working in post production for the next six years. I changed my job and went into makeup, i've been a qualified working makeup artist in tv and film for eleven years now and every now and then, i still find myself having to work for free. Recently i worked on a very well know soap drama and was given the choice wether to work for two days un paid, no expenses or three, unpaid, no expenses. I chose three days, however this being not in London, I had to travel and put myself up and work , all for no pay, even though i have eleven yrs experience. I do find that more middle class people are able to do these sorts of things, especially in tv. I have support from my parents and family, they are not too badly off and i'm able to take risks and make choices that not everyone may have in their midsts. I'm lucky but like Zoe said, thats tv for you, You don't get un paid interns working in the local butchers or mines, it just wouldn't happen!

it depends on the circumstances, and access agreements aint worth the paper they are written on theres no way of enforcing these
