An emergency call leads American police to the home of the high profile anti-crime activist Dennis Dolinger. Once inside, they follow a trail of blood to the basement, where they find a body butchered beyond recognition, along with a bloody banknote and a bag of crack cocaine.
Seriously - cant understand how the police think. When they kept sayin that only the killer wouldve used the victim's credit card, etc. Would the killer not be the 1 least likely 2 use it? (And obviously the killer didn't.) But how arrogant + stupid 2 think that som1 'd do that becaus he's on drugs, etc. 2 hold som1 4 months (OK ther was the fraud charge,) but still. That blond woman (+ the police) seemd quite simpl. + what's worse - death penalty (after 10 - 15 years) or 56 years in prison??
