Preview: Manchester United v Ajax
United take a two goal cushion back to Old Trafford as they look to advance to the last 16
Manchester United will look to defend their flawless home record against Dutch sides when Ajax return to Old Trafford for their UEFA Europa League round of 32 decider.
Ajax have won all three of Europe's top club trophies – the European Champion Clubs' Cup/UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Cup/UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup. United, missing the middle prize, could complete the clean sweep themselves by winning this competition.
They've put themselves in a great position to do so with a 2-0 win in Amsterdam. Ashley Young and Javier Hernández won the game for United even if the performance far from impressed manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
United have faced Dutch teams five times at home in their European history- and have won all five. Not only that but Ajax have only won once in nine trips to England. Their last win came in 1981, and even then they still lost on aggregate.
But at least for Ajax they got back to winning ways at the weekend, they put four past NEC Nijmegen as they won 4-1 in the Eredivisie.
The winners of the match will play Athletic Bilbao or Lokomotiv Moscow in the last 16. The Russian side are 2-1 up after the first leg.
Elsewhere Manchester City take a 2-1 lead back the Ethiad Stadium as they welcome Porto and Stoke have it all to do in Spain- as they face Valencia already a goal down.

The commentators on tonights game - Manchester United V Ajax, have said that Man City and Spurs meet in a couple of weeks time. Me and my dad want to know when this is, even though they've already played eachother twice in the premier league. Channel 5 - Keep up!
