I never thought I would like this programme, but I did. Paddy’s home was a surprise because it didn’t look much from the outside, more like a large doll house; inside the home it was beautiful and spotless, thanks to the hard work done by his wife Roseanne. Another thing I liked was the way the children could play outside without any fear of danger, which couldn’t happen on a housing estate.
Brilliant programme i think paddy is great,i take my hat of to his wife for keeping such a clean spotless house,sally is brill too so natural i loved the episode..x
fantastic program Paddy's mint love his crack hilarious like. channel 5 shud do a tv series on paddy's family and the travelling community. bit like the osbournes tv series id tune in every episode.
Brilliant show. I love the traveler's way of life. It's very traditional and some of those aspects are missing from today's Britain. I love Paddy. He's brilliant. Sally's an interesting and very likable character too. I look forward to the next episode. Keep them rolling in.
loved this and will be watching part two. Roseanne must be a saint!The best documentary of recent times,if we could go back to some of the travellers ethos, we may do better!!

totally fab programme shows the everyday life of travellers away from BFGW which i love. i think non travellers should learn a few thinks from travellers . i admire their way of life.
wat a good show loved them both in bb an it proof that people can put aside their own beliefs, i adore paddy n was in tears at the cemetry an in stitches at the sandwich bit n i knew she was gonna get him a bought one. but u cannot not like the guy he really is a genuine man who looks after people he cares about, todays society could take a lesson off him

Thought that all the people in this program behaved extremely well. They tried really hard to get on with each other and it was a joy to watch. No foul language or shouting matches when there were differences of opinions. A super program giving an insight into an alternative (but never wrong) way of life. I hope Paddy rises to the challenge next week and doesn't let the side down
What an amazing show. Paddy and Roseann are the two cornerstones of that site! There is good and bad in all people, religion and cultures and i feel that because travellers are exclusive to themselves (and i dont mean that in a jumped up way) that the general public would only portray the bad sides... This show sheds the light on what is a respectful, caring culture with real values that are so instilled into their hearts, echoes the times of old when men were real men and "Woman" were bedrocks. Good Job C5...Shame Pad cant read this review though x please pass on my regards.

absolutely the best programme on tv for ages, paddys the man, and roseanne, your house is stunning, i have the same furniture, my grandparents were travellers and its in my blood, i cannot wait till next time, keep up the great work , with sally xx
Interesting show, but if I was a woman it would be a life style for me, my nan and grandad were very much like that, that said it takes all sorts, so if people are happy in their roles thats fine, maybe im strange but I don't dislike many of the changes in the modern world, some chnages have been very good and some bad,its good to take a little insparation from all culures and modify to what suits our individual life styles, but if you look back at the past it certainly wasnt all flowers and roses in our historic past

LOVED IT!!! Paddy is hilarious and completely respect the travelling community for keeping many old traditional values such as faith which is hard to come by these days and manners. Sally is brilliant too she's completely not what I expected which is why I think she fits in, they made her feel comfortable and she could finally let her hair down a bit and be herself... nothing worse than when people feel like they can't be themselves as she stated she's not use to feeling that comfortable around people. CANT WAIT FOR THE NEXT EPISODE.

I loved the show. Its good to to get an insight into other cultures. Its a shame that so many narrow minded people are quick to judge other peoples cultures, without having the correct knowledge to form their opinion.
Maybe more tv shows on different cultures should be made to educate narrow minded, uneducated people that cast aspersions on things they know nothing of, but are quick to judge!.......Just a thought!

Programme was awesome, Paddy lives by me and drinks in one of my locals.. "the old Quay house" which is the pub shown in this prog.Paddy's a legend, n well respected... keep up the good work Paddy, you make so many people laugh, but you do a lot.. well done m8 :)

Paddy reminds me so much of my cousin and now I can see where my husband gets his ideas from as he has had a lot to do with the travelling community. It can cause conflict at times but I can fully understand where it comes from and men nowadays need to realise some of us go to work and don't have the time or the inclination to wait on their men!

loved the program, love paddy and his WOMAN hahaa! it showed that the travelling community had good values and are for there family whom provide the stable and most high up bringing. yes there are some travellers who show no respect for outsiders and can bully outsiders but what im trying to say is that it dosent matter what background you may come from anyone from any race, calture could spoil it for there fellow community people e.g muslim,jew,catholic etc. i come from a mixed backround of which ive got muslim in me and they believe that woman do the household duties cook etc and men go out to work. also i know it dosent have anything to do with the show but funerals are carried out the same way or very simular muslim/traveller with the woman staying behind and men going. i would like to see a documentry on the south wales sites and paddy there also. LOVE THE TRAVELLERS AWERSOME!!
