How to retune your TV or TV box

5Spike closed on 7th January and across most TV services the Paramount Network has moved into the channel slot. To continue to watch some of your favourite 5Spike shows you may have to retune your TV or TV box.

Many TVs and TV boxes automatically prompt you to retune to receive new or updated channels. However, if your TV or TV box hasn’t updated you can manually retune your TV or your TV box. Each TV and box is slightly different, so please click on the relevant link below to follow the steps to retune:

Wednesday 15th January

Within Wednesday 15th January’s Neighbours episode, an additional scene was filmed, in which Sheila, Aaron and David discussed the ongoing bushfire crisis in Australia.

This is the first time in the soap’s history that a real-life event has been referred to.

To find out more about how you can help, visit the below sites:

Australia is facing one of the most dangerous and catastrophic bushfire seasons it has ever seen – more than 10.7 million hectares have been burnt, the equivalent of over one third of the entire UK.

WWF-UK has been flooded with offers of help from our UK supporters and members of the public. We have now launched an emergency appeal in support of the ongoing crisis. With all the money raised, WWF-Australia teams along with local organisations will carry out work including:

  • Providing emergency funds to care for injured wildlife
  • After the fires clear, helping restore homes for koalas and other wildlife, planting the first 10,000 trees urgently needed in koala habitats
  • Supporting the response, recovery and restoration teams in any other way we can

Donations to the Australian Red Cross will be to our Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund. The fund helps our emergency teams to do their work – including responding to the bushfires and heatwaves we are currently seeing and disasters yet to come.  The fund enables us to give people the support they need in disasters: whether that’s help to prepare, a safe place to take shelter, psychological first aid, information, and practical support through the months and even years it can take to recover.

NOTE: DONATIONS ARE IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD)
